PRE-SALES ENGINEER:
( IT services or Apple products)
Job Description

  1. Reporting to the Business Manager(BM)
  2. Develop and ‘hunt’ for new and strategic client opportunities as per company’s objectives and directives from the BM
  3. Dynamic and able to focus on small, medium and large client opportunities to maximize return;
  4. Achieve monthly sales target
  5. Manage new and existing client accounts at varying levels and industry sectors
  6. Learning, understanding and embracing Astral’s core solution portfolio and technology strengths
  7. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  8. Accountable for reducing business risk from day to day activities
  9. Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners
  10. Manage, train and lead by example within the sales team or unit.
  11. Do the maintenance service for Apple products

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum of 5 years corporate working experience with similar responsibilities;
  2. Able to demonstrate a track record in sales target achievement;
  3. Solid customer contact and network base in Vietnam;
  4. Must be able to manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction (‘customer service’) into all client accounts
  5. Excellent communication and written skills in English & Vietnamese


 

Tittle: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:

  1. Find customers, negotiate, and selling products and services.
  2. Be responsible for business development and sales targets.
  3. Be responsible for account management of existing customers and the development new accounts.
  4. Make regular contact with target customers through meeting, telephone, e-mail, seminars, etc… while keeping in touch with existing customer for upselling new services.
  5. Make customers’ visits, and follow-through letters, faxes, notes, etc...
  6. Work with marketing and technical teams to improve marketing plan, new recipe to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  7. Ensure customers in compliance with company’s payment policies, including collection of outstanding debts.

Job Requirement:

  1. University Degree in IT or Business.
  2. Fresh graduate (Sales Executive) and at least 02 years ( Senior sales executive) of work experiences in the same position.
  3. Ability to take ownership in the assigned area and sales targets in a highly competitive market segment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, IT & Leadership skills.
  5. Passion for sales.
  6. Ability to work under high pressure.
  7. Working experience in IT and related industry.
  8. Good command of both English & Vietnamese.

RETAIL MANAGER:
Job requirement:

  1. Candidate Diploma / graduate – from Science / Engineering back round.
  2. 2-3 years experience in sales or customer service in trading, service industries.
  3. Clear knowledge and Experience in Computer brands, specs, technology, Operating systems and application.
  4. Experience in Sales cycle completion such as requirement study, product selection, quotation, order processing, delivery, invoice and collection.
  5. Capable of team management of 3 - 4 sales executive.
  6. Good communication ability to explain, brief, convince the customer with language skills of English/Vietnamese and additional language advantage.
  7. Upkeep the market knowledge on competition

Job Description:

  1. Plan and manage stock, display products up keeping and maintain documentation.
  2. Sales collection supervision and cash management.

  6. Capable of identify the potential market opportunity and generating prospects and leads.
  7. Ability to negotiate with customer to close the deal.

Job Requirement

  1. University Graduate in Accounts and Commerce.
  2. Having 3-4 years experience in Retail and trade account management.
  3. Good hands on accounts book keeping and computing skills.
  4. Computerized accounting package management skills,
  5. Good experience in expenses allocation, asset and liability book keeping such as Cash, Bank, General ledger, stock, fixed asset, sales, purchase, tax etc…
  6. Experience in Tax reports complains such as VAT, PIT, BIT monthly & quarterly requirement.

Job Description

  1. Hands on Bank and Cash transaction and Cash handling.
  2. Hands on report generation such as Trail balance, Balance sheet, P&L, Cost accounts, etc…
